A bit disappointed with this one. It seemed like a great substrate, and it is. But I noticed that some of the "quartz" looks like it's rusting. Thankfully not by much, but enough to make you notice. There are also many black plastic sticks on the back. I thought the first one was just something that was always hidden with the plants or when I was cleaning. Then I found more when I looked around the tank from the outside. It probably won't cause any problems, but it's definitely not "natural". Upon closer inspection I found that half of the backing looks like plastic because it looks like smooth plastic spheres or shards of smooth plastic spheres. Bought two bags and would return both if they hadn't been in my aquarium for a week. Needless to say, I'm going to delete all of this and put it in the trash where it should be.
