Great pants! to my rating.
When it comes to waterproofing, that's it! They kept my kids warm and dry pushing through 4 feet of snow. However, they are very big. I could fit my 4 year old in the size I got for my 2 year old. So maybe the size is smaller. Otherwise they were amazing and I would definitely recommend!
