So I'm blessed with naturally big lips and cursed with the fair, blotchy, sensitive skin that most lipsticks accentuate. So I've always wanted to wear lipstick, but I never found anything that suited me. I've tried everything from dollar brands to expensive, creamy, matte and all day. I recently lost my beautiful hair after brain surgery (it's okay, I'm healed and recovering), so my new "look" depends on scarves and lipstick. My goal was to FINALLY find a red lipstick that suits me. I read a positive article about this lipstick and decided to try it. HOLY COW! I love it! The tint doesn't accentuate the redness of my skin or the wrinkles around my mouth and feels "natural" like it was made for me. The shine is soft and pretty. I'm really so excited to present it for Thanksgiving and when I get back to work. The only downside that can be seen in the second picture is that my entire mouth and chin were covered in the remnants of microscopic gold stains after I wiped the lipstick off with a tissue. . So I splashed some water on it and rubbed it and then dried it with a towel. More shine. So use soap or makeup remover to wash it off completely, or just take a shower. I will change my rating after some wear to emphasize reliability and durability.
