Review on OldPAPA Kids Swim Folat Jacket by Joe Kokenge

We have just received the vest and bought it for our child for the holidays. It had no tag to show it was new, no instructions, no expiration date, no US Coast Guard certificate, nothing. It's too close to our vacation to return it, but we can't even verify that it's a safe life-saving device, as it actually arrived without the tag or information that goes on all new life jackets in the US are. I would save money by buying something that is actually US Coast Guard certified rather than buying something from China with no labels or regulations.
