It actually looks like bikini in the photo. Padding is not removable, which I love, and the girls are actually supported!When swimming at the pool I noticed the top catches in the water, like a sail on a boat. Tightening the straps helps but its just something to be aware of.Great for lounging, and floating, maybe not the best for active wear.
