I ordered this on the 23rd of last month with Prime shipping. The goods were not delivered by the 30th. The instructions were pretty clear to read but wouldn't fit on my passenger side. After playing with it and cutting the plastic off my seat cover I was able to install it, but my seat is no longer adjustable because the handlebars can't come down to lock in place. Locked in rearmost position only. It says you also need a blue padlock but it doesn't come with one, have one before you buy! All in all it's kind of a mount, but not as flat and light as I expected. I was very disappointed that I had to wait so long for the package. I've been looking for this mount for months and finally pulled the trigger. Disappointment. I've changed the rating from 3 to 4 because I had trouble fitting it, but for the most part I'm sure it will work on other cars. I have a 2004 Mazda 6S. The mount didn't fall off for more than a month and never fell off.
