Good product for my opinion

I'm glad I read the reviews it help me choose the size im 5'3 and weigh 160 lbs i chose an xlarge and it fit perfectly. I am normally a large in shirts so i went a size bigger.now i just need to try it out when I workout but over all the quality is good.

Makes you sweat, but no weight loss😢

Cons

The sauna suit and waist trainer may not lead to long-term weight loss or fitness results
