STOP WORKING AFTER 2 MONTHS!

Update 11/07/21: The seller contacted me after my rating and apologized for my negative experience. I was offered a replacement and partial refund which I only declined because I really didn't want it again. However, they wanted to help and after some discussions I decided to give the company a second chance. I received a refund along with a replacement and that was just for my specific case. I have upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 stars due to the excellent customer service and care I received. They were very nice and worked with me. BUT I will update this review again in a while regarding the vacuum cleaner replacement and in general what I think of the actual product and if it is worth spending money on. Stay with us. Original review 10/10/21: Overall terrible product. - The display showed that the dirt tank was full but EMPTY. I had to fix it several times. The fresh water tank tends to leak, which is annoying. The product worked well, but for some time. I received it on August 25th and on October 9th (after 1 month and 15 days) it stopped working. In my video report I show that the part that allows you to rotate the rotating brush somehow stopped working and now the rotating brushes stop rotating. This will render this product UNUSABLE and NON-FUNCTIONAL. It happened when I was vacuuming the hardwood floor in the kitchen. I LOST MONEY I can't get it back because it's been over 30 days and this thing broke 15 days after that and I don't have another $300 to buy another one and after this experience I wouldn't. I do not recommend. ALSO you can't buy parts from them, which makes no sense. They don't sell them. If you need replacement brushes or filters you will need to get them through the AlfaBot brand which is pretty much identical to this product. Very angry. I can't exchange or return it, so it ends up in the trash.
