I've wanted an 8 foot nutcracker for years and finally got it. so light and when i inflated it would not stand on its own. After getting a second one and noticing the same thing, I found that there were no sandbags on the bottom to keep it in the same place and help it stay in place. It falls down all the time so don't waste your time and money on it unless you tie it to a wall or something to help it stay in place. Also, the fan is barely strong enough to keep it fully inflated, and the top of the scepter flexes back and forth slightly, which is odd because everything else stays in place.
