After getting a second one and noticing the same thing, I found that there were no sandbags on the bottom to keep it in the same place and help it stay in place. UPDATE: Having had it in my garden for less than a week it has already stopped working. I exchanged it for a new one. This one has 4 loops on the legs and one loop on each side at the waist. The kit included 2 metal bars instead of 4 for the legs and only 2 plastic bars with ropes on the sides. Nothing I do keeps this Santa going. As you can see from the photos it falls.
