Bought for a reconnaissance trip to Philmont. The block NEVER worked. Eventually the scouts took turns, but to no avail. A complete waste of money. Very light and thin device. Never been able to load anything. Could never use it for radio because it didn't hold a charge. Customer service was a joke, they argued with me that this piece of junk had so many other "good" qualities that I would have been happy to just put batteries in and enjoy the radio. Big. I paid almost $40 for an AM/FM radio? What a disappointment. When my child returned from the hike with the item, it was too late to return it, otherwise I would have done so. Customer support was ridiculous. Make. no Obtain. Went to Walmart and got one off the shelf there. We did this for our first scout going to Philmont but it was expensive, about 45.00. BUT EVERYTHING LESS WORKS, and has worked well. We tried to save a few bucks with this FosPower thing but ended up failing. I only gave one star because you have to write a review. - 5 stars for this shitty junk.
