The ability for users of different platforms (mobile/web) can interact with each other using text messages or calls without having to install any apps! A little bit expensive but it's worth paying if you need this kind of functionality in your business. I would like more integrations available as well so that we could use all our tools together seamlessly - currently only WhatsApp integration works which isn't ideal. We are solving problems related to customer service by providing an easy way for customers to communicate issues they have via SMS texts instead of phone call logs etc.
