This device and the accompanying app far exceed my expectations. I say this as someone who was diagnosed with paralysis of one of my diaphragmatic nerves, which severely compromised my diaphragm's effectiveness. After I was diagnosed, I started my own PT because my pulmonologist (who is the best in his field in the Seattle area) honestly had nothing to offer for treatment. How I wish this device existed when I first started using it! Basically it measures the same data I got from the VERY expensive diagnostic equipment at the University of Washington and creates a training program. I'm already seeing results in just a few months. I can only imagine how helpful it would be for others, even if they are perfectly healthy or athletes.
