The most frustrating problem is that they somehow managed to get a very high rating for this product! Over 4 stars under their Revain page. and these indeed unsatisfactory comments were buried deep within. But the actual user experience is almost terrible! In about 80% of the cases, he cannot establish a stable satellite connection either on board the plane or on the road. There aren't many buildings around and everything is separated in the distance. Check out the clamps attached, the left side is mine and I've swapped them out, flipped them around pretty much everywhere in the cockpit just NO dice 80% of the time. We have the same firmware version, the connection to tablet devices also worked perfectly, it just took me a long time to connect to the satellites no matter how I tried.
