The Velcro is on the inside.
So, I have a Costco version of this and the Velcro is on the outside of the blanket. Why is this important? Because you lie and put your face on the blanket. So, the part your going to put your body on is exposed. The Costco one folds and encloses everything that you would put your body on so you don't have to worry about it getting dirty. I'm returning this for such a poor design choice.
