hot flashes? They are cool, dry and soft enough - overall a good buy

Menopausal Hot Flashes: I love them and I find them more cooling than my quick drying bamboo sheets. However, I wish they were a little softer (they don't even remotely feel like high-thread-count cotton, but are still skin-friendly). They're not uncomfortable and I really appreciate the cooling/drying benefits, so it's a $25 win. Don't pay more. They should hold up well, but the sewing construction was obviously rushed and you'll probably want to cut the threads. If you're trying solutions for hot flashes try these moisture-wicking reservoirs + pajama brand Real Essentials, they didn't prevent night sweats but Def makes them more comfortable and I wake up less. If you have a thick sweater, wash it at least 1-2 times a week, it won't dry out as quickly after a few nights of heavy sweating. Yes, and although the fitted sheet was a bit too thick, it's much better than a not so big one. enough. Good deep pockets. Nice neutral colors, the light blue looks gorgeous with my dark green bedspread. Oh, they really crumple like crazy. Idc seems to be the opposite of their marketing though.
