All I can say is BUY THIS lamb stick. It is also cheaper than others! I have an Acer Nitro 5 with 8GB RAM. It works great for most things. However, I edit video on my laptop and Adobe Premier slows down to the point where the footage becomes so choppy that I can't even play it back to see my edits in real time. I received the package at 11:54 am. At 12:15 p.m. I was back on my feet. Installation was easy. I loosened the screws and put the card in the slot. I launched Adobe Premiere to check the memory and see if my issue was resolved. I uploaded a heavy video with effects and hit the play button. The video played smoothly from start to finish with no skipping or pauses! It was the best investment I could have made for this laptop! The 16GB version costs $300 more. I literally spent $71 and am very happy with my purchase of this ram! Do that!
