The hype about other sports is real
First day of using the machine and I am very impressed. I was able to do all the exercises with my right hand very well, but my left hand still has some catching up to do. At the end of the training I had to pull my fingers off the simulator. The increase in speed and power is felt almost immediately. Shadowboxing becomes a much more effective workout with Evnik. The only problem I have is my fingers have blisters now,
