Doesn't work after 6 weeks!

Purchased on 02/15/20. I copied less than 20 PDFs. This morning 3/29/20 I tried to copy files to it and they are not copied. My "return window" was closing, so it took about six weeks. I can't talk to anyone about this. I think that this may well be a non-standard situation. In any case, it doesn't work anymore!
