Review on Heatmap by Jeff Callier

I like how easily you can view this product's results in an AR-inspired style to bring out what needs attention right away without having it read off of someone else! It is something my team has been excited about implementing but there were some challenges that needed addressed for them. The time between implementation was too long so we waited until version 2 came around before rolling these items into production environment. We are now just over halfway through our deployment timeline (we had originally asked 6 months) when all other sites have moved ahead already. Our main goal at first glance would be getting clients onboarded faster. There wasn’t anything specific as much as everything being made transparent very quickly - not only client relationships/interactions with us as well as interactions across their staff members who might cross paths while working together. I like how easy it is to create custom reports for our customers. It's very well organized. The heat map tool itself is not very intuitive. Our customers do not understand how it works and they have to spend a lot of time getting it right. We have many different customers that we are tracking so there are many different types of heat map analytics. Having one tool to manage all of them makes things easier.
