The insoles are loose in my opinion
I like the fit and the feel. The sock is good too. However, when my feet got a little wet after a few weeks of wearing, the insole would stick to my foot and fall out. I had to keep pushing it back.

- Use them almost every day

- SIZE ONE OR EVEN ONE SIZE UP. The legs are slightly above the head. Bad plastic.
