I like how easy it is to use, configure, and manage our cloud-based systems with this product! The support team has been stellar - we've never needed anything more than what they are able to provide us as customer service reps have responded very quickly every time there was an issue or question regarding their services. There's nothing about this software other then its capability in connecting your system and providing you reliable data when trying to access some of those devices within a network environment. We realized immediately after implementing WLH that no matter which device accessed whether mobile phone / computer etc., this would be useful information because one could not tell if traffic had increased just by using another method instead of physically being at home/office where the server resides unless having someone actually visit the location. This is great tool for monitoring devices without needing constant human presence so people can take care of business remotely but still get immediate notification when something happens.
