This hat isn't baggy - it's stiff and small. Gently stretching this hat after machine washing in cold water before air drying helped make it look more casual/casual, but not at all like the photo. Luckily I have a small head so I can do my best but this is definitely not the slouch hat I was hoping for. It's hard wearing and has withstood multiple washes over the years without pilling and will keep your head and ears warm. It's just not a rough hat. The price is worth it, but my search for the perfect beanie continues.
