I bought a Rada set as a wedding present and a couple told me how much they love their Rada knives. So I decided to buy a four. I've been wanting to use them for a while before posting a review to see how they hold up. What a great idea! I have problems with both hands/wrists and have fought with knives for many years. This is a gem! They cut through fruit and winter squash so easily and are still good for tomatoes. It is no longer necessary to poke the knife through an object. Plus they work on my magnetic knife holder so they don't get scratched in the drawer. I've only used my Rada blade sharpener once and that was because I wanted to see how it worked, not because the knife needed it! They're attractive, functional, inexpensive, made in-house, and hold up great. Definitely a good purchase that I can recommend unreservedly.
