do not buy for latex wall paint, but great for wetting walls to remove wallpaper paste

TV spots give the impression that a sprayer is great for painting latex - rollers, brushes and pads are designed for that and much better, faster and cheaper. Remember you will need to prep the paint and clean the sprayer - spend more time preparing the room - for furniture the new little foam rollers are easier to use and give a nice finish - better than most hobbyists do with a sprayer could. - I won't blame the airbrush - just the idea that it might be good for wall paint and furniture paint.
