Excellent Service & Products: Primo Dialler

I love all ofPrimo Diallers services, from our Customer Support to their customisable IVR platforms. Their IVR is very useful when it comes time to implement new features into an automated system or change up call flow. Some features can be quite complicated to set up manually if you're not used to managing your phone systems through software. The support team are always quick at responding with any questions we have and give clear instructions on how best to setup each platform solution. We've found that using Primo Call Centre has reduced our costs by around 50%.
