We use a large green bin like the one pictured in the ad and even then all rubbish in the bin must be bagged. I'm clearing an area of thick undergrowth and found it much easier to use a giant bag in this trash can than to fill several 30 gallon trash bags and carry them to the trash can. Since this bag is in the trash can, I've found that we use fewer grocery store-sized trash bags and accommodate more brushes since everything is evenly distributed (compared to a pair of 30-gallon bags, which waste a lot of space). Also, it's a damn thick and sturdy bag, like my head. The bag has only been punctured once, and that was because I filled it with rose thorns with a brush and then dragged it across the yard. Otherwise this bag will hold all my branches, cuttings, leaves etc without breaking.
