The bag arrived very dirty and had scratches on the paint. I heard it was returned and sent as new? I would love this bag and have tried cleaning it myself but it still looks worn and damaged. For this reason, it is not a purchase recommendation for others. I'm disappointed because the bags others have received look so much better than mine. Waste of $20
