I am very upset and the product is no good.

And more weaknesses in software and OS: 1. Setting the date and time of shooting a photo or video is not possible; 2. The device cannot be scheduled to turn on and off at specific times; 3. The quick access panel doesn't have a screenshot button (take a screenshot) Who even came up with the idea to screenshot using your hand's palm? Have you ever attempted this on your own? If there is grease on the screen, a screenshot of a document may close or shift to a different sheet. no other motions, no option to select further gestures for the screenshot; 4. The automatic screen dimming feature is constantly glitchy; it randomly increases and decreases brightness. had to disable the automatic screen brightness dimmer; 5. Cloning of applications is essentially non-existent. With the Xiaomi, I could duplicate any application; on the Samsung, only one! What's up, Samsung can duplicate anything; 6. There are only a few applications that can be added; 7. I had a previous smartphone for $80, so I knew how to do it, but the smartphone cannot turn on if it is off, even though the alarm is set. Not with this $400 Samsung! 8. There is no water or dust protection for $400; 9. There is no wireless charging, even though wireless charging technology is a very straightforward technology; a common thin wire costs $10 when purchased separately; 10. Only one SIM card can be chosen to send SMS; there is no "always ask" SMS sending option. 11. The speaker's sound is hoarse, static, and full of high frequencies; 12. The camera's default software is unable to turn on an LED with constant illumination like a flashlight; 13. The front panel lacks a flash, despite its necessity for work; 14. OEM keyboard lacks swipe support; 15. The camera doesn't take very good pictures; charging cable on both sides, 16 Type C USB. Why? No, you must act differently in order to follow in the footsteps of everyone else;

Pros
  • Although there is no comfort, the device's operation
Cons
  • Software and operating systems have many flaws. Normal application settings managers don't exist. The auto-brightness setting is unpleasant; it performs quite poorly, and it frequently glitches, going from dark to bright, then dimming the screen, and so on indefinitely. If you have an alarm clock, Xiaomi and Honor can turn on when the phone is off. A smartphone cannot. The smartphone has no set time for turning on and off. There are a lot of high frequencies and more squeaks, and the speaker is hoarse and not loud. The case's design, which resembles stripes, is cartoonish. When you use it more, you become more aware of how limited its capabilities are in comparison to budget smartphones from Honor and Xiaomi. Programs can't launch when you transition to another window after turning them off or closing them, let them continue working in the background, or both. The Samsung smartphone I purchased for the first and only time did not surprise me. In addition, many of my friends and acquaintances had version 51. While they were content with their purchases, I decided to purchase version 71. However, after friends who had version 51 complained about OS issues with reboots, bugs, and camera malfunctions, I decided to upgrade. I started to anticipate bugs, but they were infrequent. For instance, when moving through the windows, the applications would stall and the screen would go black. Rebooting the computer helped, but only twice in six months. There were issues with the camera. About three times, the workplace's regular camera application closed with a message about a camera error. I stopped seeing this error after eating.
