I am 5ft 9in, 200lbs and the bag is not comfortable for me. She sits too high on my waist. The quality of the bag's stitching is questionable, but I'm not deducting a single star. until it fails. There are a million ways to personalize this bag. A strap is everywhere. Inside there is a mesh pocket on the front for small items you don't want to lose.
