Review on Paycom by Jon Bishop

The ease of use, as well being able to make adjustments in real time is very nice for my employees! There are some other companies out there that give similar benefits but I find it harder with them having many different systems which makes payroll processing so complicated when you have multiple people using one system (which we do). Make sure they offer all your HR requirements such has vacation planning/tracking ect because this software can solve most problems if needed by just asking support or searching online answers yourself at no extra cost. We're solving accounting issues without needing an accountant who also handles our taxes too!!
