The best thing about this software is that it has many features like word processing, creating presentations etc. It also saves us from using different softwares for each task which used to be tedious at times in other systems as well. Sometimes we faced issues while opening files or saving them but overall experience was good enough I would say. We can use MS Word easily without any problems. As its an easy system there are no complex steps involved so if you don't know how things work then go through tutorials provided by Microsoft itself first because they explain everything very clearly without much confusion. In our organization we have created templates where all emails get automatically sent out once someone submits form/application. This makes life easier than manually doing it every time.
