I have several Peplink/Pepwave AP One Enterprise Access Points that provide decent coverage on three floors of a fairly large building, but have a dead spot in one area , so I decided to add AX Lite and wow. just wow. That thing is a flamethrower. The difference is amazing. I'm on a nearby laptop that used to report a 13Mbps connection, now over 700Mbps. Maybe I'll replace AP Ones. And no doubt I'll probably need less of it. BTW, I manage them all through Peplink Balance One Core, so I can't comment on the AP management UI. But if you have a Balance router, you know how easy it is to configure. Connect the access point to your network and the router will recognize the new access point and send the general configuration to it (unless you limit it to the serial number). If you have a Peplink Balance router in a SOHO environment, this access point is for you. Look no further. The larger AX is a definite step up, not just in terms of coverage, but also in terms of weight, power requirements, and cost.
