Excellent customer service and product
I bought the collar back in July. The collar was used on my 55 lb French Bulldog Husky mix. Works great for long runs and hikes. That way I can let her off the leash and be sure I can call her back with ease. I can get it back 90% of the time without using the shock function and just using the vibrate mode, which basically mimics the vibrate mode on your phone when you receive a text message. My remote control failed after 6 months. I contacted support, spoke to Laurent and about a week later I had a new one with no problems. First class customer service.
