I bought it in October 2017 and really didn't use it much. Today I tried to measure the power consumption of a small AC device. The ground pin on the 4400 came loose. A call to technical support did not help. They said the warranty was expired. I opened the unit and I can't tell if the ground pin is screwed or soldered. At least not very strong. I'm disappointed. Note that the ground pin is not connected to the circuit involved in the measurement. Actually he just sits. However, it's a little annoying when your meter falls apart. The ground pin must be strong as it will help stabilize the meter during use. Still disappointed. It might still work, but that doesn't make my rating any better. Update: Upon further investigation, it turned out that the bottom was pressed into a small circuit board. Not good at all. Not much kept him on the circuit board. It will surely fail.
