Expensive but effective

I suffered from back pain for many years. I follow a rigorous stretching and core strengthening program. For the most part, this procedure controlled my pain and allowed me to function normally. However, I recently suffered a severe blockage that prevented me from exercising for two weeks. A friend who also suffers from back pain mentioned the psoas and how treating this muscle has helped him. He also mentioned this product but didn't buy it because he thought it was too expensive. He showed me a video of a softball being used to put pressure on the psoas. I tried softball and it really improved my position. While researching this product I read many reviews that mentioned the high price of the plastic mold but like many back sufferers the price won't be too high once the back pain goes away. After purchasing the product, I understand why many people doubt the price of a piece of plastic. However, it doesn't look cheap. After using the product for two weeks I am convinced that the product is working. Folks, the key is to understand the importance of relaxing the psoas to relieve back pain. This product does. Now I think this product could be improved if it was adjustable. worth 80 bucks? For me yes. But as I mentioned before, there are other ways to get to the psoas. There are many helpful videos on this subject that you can link to via Youtube.
