I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

Has pros:
Definitely useful stuff. Saves time and energy too. The main + is that you can safely wash windows from the back once a month.
Different cons:
First, you need to wash very dirty windows, from the street side. And yet, not as perfect as with hands, small stains are present. But the result is pleasing as it is: saved time and effort.
