Edit: After giving a 2 star review the company contacted us to resolve our issues and replaced our faulty moon with a new one and it works GREAT! Our girls are obsessed with the moon and ask for it every night, so we're in awe of a perfectly functioning moon. Previous review: We love our moon and our kids love it. The reason we gave it 2 stars is because the charging cable and remote control are faulty. The cable doesn't seem to fit the moon interface well and seems to be "loose" so it doesn't charge half the time. Sometimes it will glow "green" to indicate completion, but then turn off completely. It still works and we leave it on all the time because our girls love it so much otherwise we wouldn't be using it. The problem occurred after the return period had expired, so we were unable to exchange or return it. Also, it doesn't always respond to the remote control, so we'll have to turn it on and off manually, but by tapping the "tangent" sensor on the moon. Other times, it just starts changing modes on its own. Change either the colors like someone is touching the remote, or the sensor itself.
