This app is super helpful and has helped us increase traffic to our site and get more phone calls. The software works very well for inventory management. It is intuitive and the customer service is excellent. They help answer any question you may have about the app and make sure you are getting the best value for your money. I love this app because it saves so much time and makes my job easier! When someone orders an item from my store, they receive an email stating how many days until they will receive their items. So if there's something wrong or damaged when they come home (which happens), all I have to do is send them another email saying "hey just wanted to let you know we sent you an email earlier today regarding your order" - no need to go back into my computer and look at old emails looking for info. Also great for managing shipping addresses and keeping track of packages. Thanks guys!!
