Poor Quality Control

Most small pouches do not close immediately after packaging. You should be able to pull the ties and the bag closes, then tie a nice little bow. But with these I pull and nothing happens. The straps stay tight and the pocket stays open. A few bags that worked well look very nice and clean which is why I gave them a star. Decades and I've had no quality control issues except here at Revain.
