Always buy brass BUT I wish the handle was stronger.
Once you've tried brass to scrape ice, you'll never use anything else! I just wish the grip was stronger. I usually stretch my fingers out on the scraper head so I don't put too much pressure on the handle. However, this means that ice shards will freeze your fingers. However, much more efficient than any plastic scraper. Get the job done and defrost your fingers in less time than with a traditional scraper.
