Clean and fresh out of the box, color as shown (navy) and true to my size. I'm surprised at how comfortable this pair of shoes feels - the memory foam insole and super soft lining are an amazing touch for such an affordable shoe. I put them on as soon as they arrived and was in them all day - felt great, there were no hot spots. Plus, this style is simple enough to go with just about anything casual in my wardrobe. Great pair of shoes.
