Not wide at all! in my rating
I bought a pair of size 7 x-wide 680v6 NBs and they fit great! They were 7 times as wide and unbearably small. I really want NB to allow for inconsistent sizes. I keep seeing it in reviews. After switching to 7 1/2 I'm quite happy. They run a bit big, but I can deal with that.

- Very happy with this shoe!!! good style
Cons
- May not provide adequate breathability for those with sweaty feet.
