I bought this product a few months ago. The printer worked right out of the box and was easy to set up. The flash drive with the Bodno software didn't work, but the support team was very quick to respond to emails and sent me a link to download the software. The software itself takes a little getting used to, but once you've done it, it works flawlessly. I give four stars to software that doesn't come out of the box.
