Doesn't work on corner chair leg

I have a mid-century modern chair that I'm putting it on. I think the problem was the tilt of the legs but they kept bouncing off the bottom of the chair. I tried gluing them with gorilla glue and they didn't glue either, so like I said the problem might not be the pillow but something else. Chair. So if you have a chair with legs that move at an angle, something with a larger cup might work for you.
