The ability to scale up or down as needed. Easy to use with no configuration required at all! I didn't have any issues using it. It's easy enough that even my non tech friends were able to figure out how to set it up themselves. Honestly, there is not much we dislike about this product. We've been using it since 2013 but upgraded recently so now have more features. They are constantly adding new things which makes them feel like they're always improving their service. We're solving our issue of having an agent in every data center around the world. This allows us to manage everything centrally instead of relying on multiple locations.
