Expected more from the purchase, but not the worst option.

I don't like my headphones. The sound is flat, uncomfortable to wear. My wife has jbl reflect mini bt headphones - after a little more than a year of use, one earphone stopped working. The service center recommends throwing it away and buying new ones. And at the time of purchase, they cost about 5 thousand. Norms for a year of use? Not sure. At the same time, there is a flip 4 column - everything is ok with it, happy as an elephant. Will I buy something else from the manufacturer JBL? I highly doubt it.
