All screws could not be tightened because the metal part was damaged…. At least mine.

Simple instructions, few details. The chair is made of hard plastic, so you have to decide about "comfort". My chair was defective so it is not durable at all. The price is too high for this quality and I don't even consider the broken part of my chair. It's a hard piece of plastic and flimsy metal legs with 4 screws and washers (they gave 2 extra!) and a tool to screw it on.
