Poor quality - home office furniture

The seat of this chair has started to sag and thin after just a few weeks of use, and the padding on the armrests is also already lumpy. The chair started to creak as I lean back in it and do nothing but sit in it. Assembly was easy - the quality and durability leave a lot to be desired. For the money you would expect it to last at least a few years before the materials start to degrade. I'm getting a refund. UPDATE: I received a letter from Hbada in the mail today stating that I would receive a $25 Revain gift certificate for writing a 5-star review, which may explain the number of high reviews the received this chair. I have no idea how common this is with Revain in general, but it completely defeats the purpose of reviews.
