On the one hand I like the sheets, they are not very soft but thick enough so hopefully they will last longer than the 6 months it lasted on my flexible bed. The sheets for the sleep number were very soft and extremely prone to tears at the top, and they were replaced once under warranty before expecting to drop you another $369 on a pair of sheets that last less than half a year keep. So I found them and read reviews and Q&A that said they were good for flextop beds to sleep on - they really aren't. The split section falls farther toward the foot end of the bed than the sleeper, so they have to collect about 5 to 6 inches on the mattress before they can fall into the yarn. It's not the manufacturer's fault, it's just a shame they don't fit. They're also extremely deep sheets, so on my i8 model mattress I have to slide the sheet all the way over the adjustable base to take out the slack and there's still a ton left over. This means that they are not sitting well and firmly on the mattress. All in all I'd rather buy these than torn sleeping sheets but they don't fit so I'll look for something else next time. They are quite thick and given the size I hope they don't tear easily.
